Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Field Sales Engineer for an on-site role located in Santa Rosa City. The Field Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, managing sales activities, and nurturing strong customer relationships. This role involves technical consulting, understanding client requirements, and proposing appropriate solutions. Additional duties include providing after-sales support, liaising with suppliers, and contributing to account management strategies. The successful candidate will actively participate in sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a solid understanding of technical product offerings
• Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management
• Background or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Ability to work independently and excel in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend trainings as required
