Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Associate, located in Batangas. The Field Sales Associate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, particularly with public school teachers in their assigned area. Daily tasks will include identifying potential clients, promoting financial products and services, attending appointments, meeting sales targets, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The role involves working closely with the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and drive business objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service skills, including building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proficiency in marketing, persuasion, and driving client engagement
- Organizational, time management, and record-keeping skills
- Interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in sales or banking is an advantage
- Comfortable working on-site and interfacing directly with clients
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
