About The Role
DATEM INC. is seeking an experienced Foreman and Field Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This full-time position offers the opportunity to be part of a growing, innovative construction company and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Recruit a team of skilled workers, including carpenters, masons, and laborers, etc.
- Communicate effectively with HR and project managers to ensure alignment and timely resolution of manpower requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of manpower deployment.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate with different organization for local recruitment activities, provincial hiring, etc.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Foreman or in a similar construction supervisory role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and best practices
- Flexible and adaptable to changing project requirements and site conditions
