The Field QA Specialists are responsible for performing Risk Mitigation activities specific to regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and company loss.
About The Job
What You'll Do:
- Should have strong knowledge and understanding on the current company processes
- Evaluate and monitor Field Visits
- Adhere to any process improvement initiatives (e.g. Trackers, Violation Coaching)
- Identify possible fraudulent activities that may result to company loss.
- Reporting and creating tickets for challenges encountered.
- Stand as a POC for internal initiatives like QA Intervention, Adhoc tasks and Special validation/projects.
- Coaching and Mentoring Field Officers.
- Creating valuable reports based on the collated data and share QA insights.
- AdHoc tasks to help the team's productivity.
What You Need To Have
- At least 1 year of experience to an equivalent role
- Experience working in Quality or the likes
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on quality issues, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions taken.
- Escalate potential and fraudulent activities captured during QA Validation
- Analytical mind, problem solving, well organized and can be trusted to pay attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with senior management
- Tagalog, English or Local Dialect spoken and written (our company language) Necessary to Local availability.
- Advantage if with motorcyle and updated Driver's license
