Job Objective: Lead the local field promotion team. This role requires exceptional street smarts, strong communication skills, and data acumen.

1. Key Responsibilities

Team Management: Recruit, train, and directly manage local Filipino field agents, boost team morale, and ensure daily visit volume and work quality.

Supplier Collaboration: Monitor the installation progress and material quality (signs, awnings, QR boards) of third-party advertising vendors, ensuring installation locations meet brand standards.

Progress Control: Strictly implement the monthly incremental deployment plan and review daily progress.

Reporting and Feedback: Review the bi-monthly inspection and maintenance reports and report accurate offline market feedback to management.

2. Job Requirements

Local Insight: Deep understanding of the culture and unspoken rules of Filipino barangay communities.

Logical and Data Skills: Proficient in using Lark (Feishu) multidimensional tables for data tracking, capable of identifying false locations or ineffective deployments from data.

Team Leadership and Team Building Needs: Skilled at establishing transparent performance evaluation systems, managing not only attendance but also output, ensuring the authenticity and reliability of every store owner contract and contact information submitted by team members.

Personality Traits: Results-oriented; capable of not only reviewing reports in the office but also leading teams on field visits under the scorching sun, possessing an innate problem-solving ability.
