Field Operations Supervisor

Job Description:

The Field Operations Supervisor supports the Operations Manager in ensuring efficient and consistent retail operations across all stores. This role coordinates with internal teams, suppliers, and retail partners to manage inventory, store performance, promotions, and operational execution. The position involves regular fieldwork, monitoring store standards, supporting launches and events, and helping implement operational systems and process improvements to achieve optimal store performance and customer experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Report directly to the Operations Manager and help implement operational rules, systems, and process improvements.
2. Ensure smooth retail operations from demand planning to achieving 100% fill rate across stores.
3. Coordinate with office support teams, external suppliers, and retail partners to fulfill operational requirements (e.g., product requests, store improvements, and promotions).
4. Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, evaluate beauty assistants, ensure store orderliness, and troubleshoot operational issues.
5. Monitor store inventory, testers, and supplies; coordinate with the head office for replenishment and occasionally handle urgent deliveries.
6. Attend and support operational events such as product launches, promotional activities, conventions, fairs, and bazaars.
7. Able to work independently, handle pressure, and adapt to changing retail demands.
8. Willing to do fieldwork and work extended hours or weekends when needed.
9. A team player who can balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business or Marketing.
• With at least 2 years of experience in retail or FMCG operations, but fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator who can coordinate with multiple teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Excel and PowerPoint.
