Job Description

At least High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate (College level preferred).
Experience in collections, field work, or customer service is an advantage.
Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
Honest, trustworthy, and goal-oriented.
Physically fit and willing to do field work and travel within assigned areas.
Familiar with local routes and locations.
With valid drivers license (if driving a motorcycle or company vehicle).
Preferably with own motorcycle (depending on company requirements).
Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
Visit clients with past due accounts to collect payments.
Deliver collection notices, demand letters, and reminders to customers.
Negotiate payment arrangements or settlement plans with delinquent borrowers.
Update and verify customer contact information and addresses.
Prepare daily collection reports and field visit reports.
Coordinate with the Collections Department regarding account status.
Ensure all collections are properly documented and remitted according to company procedures.
Maintain professional behavior when dealing with clients.
Follow company policies and legal guidelines on debt collection.
