Job Description

  • Work closely with sales representatives in the field to gather customer feedback, competitor insights, and market trends.
  • Consolidate and relay field data to the Marketing team to support the development of strategies and programs.
  • Assist in the execution of trade marketing activities, field promotions, and events in coordination with Sales.
  • Facilitate the distribution of marketing collaterals, product information, and promotional materials to sales teams.
  • Ensure that all sales support tools and marketing initiatives are aligned with brand guidelines and standards.
  • Identify potential local community partners, dealers, associations, or groups while on field.
  • Capture opportunities for collaborations, sponsorships, or co-branded activities.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing Manager on what partnerships may benefit sales or brand awareness.
  • Track and report the effectiveness of field activations, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of products, promotions, and competitor activities to better support sales personnel.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing market findings, campaign results, and customer insights.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing projects, including documentation, logistics, and coordination.
  • Participate in marketing activities, field visits, and events as required.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • With 13 years of experience in marketing support, trade marketing, or sales-related roles (fresh graduates with internship experience may also be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to organize and present market insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM or reporting tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork as part of sales and marketing collaboration.
