Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, STAAD, or SketchUp
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Hardworking and willing to learn
- Must not be afraid of heights
- Willing to perform fieldwork assignments
Job Responsibilities
As an Estimator, you will be trained to:
- Analyze architectural plans and actual site measurements
- Prepare material cost estimates for roofing and insulation
- Create cutting lists and production documentation
- Review job orders prior to production
- Provide shop drawings and technical details
- Perform other related duties as required
