Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, STAAD, or SketchUp
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Hardworking and willing to learn
Must not be afraid of heights
Willing to perform fieldwork assignments
Job Responsibilities
As an Estimator, you will be trained to:
Analyze architectural plans and actual site measurements
Prepare material cost estimates for roofing and insulation
Create cutting lists and production documentation
Review job orders prior to production
Provide shop drawings and technical details
