We are looking for a Field Engineer (Project Based) to join our team!

Job Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
  • Relevant technical certificate
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs including MS Office and database systems.
  • Knowledgeable in handling IT Servers / Hardware / Networks
  • Can Start ASAP.

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the first line of assistance for clients experiencing issues and defects with products and/or software
  • Provides timely response to client/end-user inquiries, feedbacks and issues.
  • Responsible for the installation of software on end-user computers.
  • Repairs and troubleshoots simple system errors and finds reliable resolutions.
  • Installs software packages and manages network systems.
  • Resolves the assigned Service Request within the agreed SLA and submit fully accomplished report immediately.
  • Diagnoses computer hardware, network systems, and computer software programs
  • Assists customer or escalates issues to appropriate level of command appropriately and in a timely manner.
  • Provides telephone support and remote support to clients
