Your Role
The Field Collector Repossessor performs collection, field activities and repossession on assigned Auto Accounts to achieve the desired delinquency and NPL level through the prescribed leakage and collection rates.
How will you contribute
- Review of records of Past Transaction/ Negotiations;
- Advise client to pay now or obtain Promise to Pay (PTP);
- Management of assigned accounts through prioritization or consideration of the following criteria: Due dates, Outstanding Balance, Months in Book, Mode of Payment, Collection Service Area, Default/Payment History
- Endorse accounts that are outside collection service area, uncontactable, skip, hard-core, under third-party possessor accounts to External Collection Agencies (ECAs) through OS;
- Phone Dunning on contactable accounts;
- Record all clients transactions using the Collection System;
- Identifies Reason of Default; Source of Income; etc.;
- Send requests to CRC Head for recommendations of the following: Waiver on penalty charges, Payment for Towing Services, Discounts on collection and repossession fees of ECAs, Payment for storage fees, Waiver of redemption fees, Payment of miscellaneous expenses to government agencies (e.g. LTO, Public Personnel (tipsters), driver etc.), Recommends approval for the release of units for redemption
- Prepares the necessary documents.
- Conduct field visits and collection and repossession.
- Request for Appraisal of the repossessed unit with CIAD
- Facilitates delivery of the repossessed unit to the assigned/designated warehouse.
Your Profile
- Graduate of any 4-Year Business Related Course
- With at least one (1) year of relevant experience in Collection is advantage
- Willing to do field work around Bicol region
- Preferably with Driver's License and know how to drive Motorcycle and 4-wheels
- Has good oral & written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- With in-depth customer handling ability;
- Good negotiation skills
- In good health condition
