Conduct scheduled and surprise audits at restaurant branches and commissaries.
Evaluate compliance with company SOPs, food safety standards, cleanliness, and local health regulations.
Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, and proper storage practices.
Assess cash handling processes, sales reports, and POS reconciliation.
Review employee performance, customer service, and adherence to uniform policies.
Create, update, and customize audit forms and checklists to match operational requirements.
Prepare detailed audit reports with observations, ratings, and actionable recommendations.
Coordinate with branch managers, kitchen supervisors, and head office for corrective actions.
Follow up on previously identified issues to ensure they are resolved.
Identify risks, fraud indicators, or process gaps and escalate as needed.
Maintain documentation and audit logs for internal compliance tracking.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in auditing or operations in the food industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of food safety, cleanliness, and health compliance standards.
Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently to multiple sites.
Good communication and report-writing skills.
Proficiency in using audit checklists, POS systems, and documentation tools.
Experience in audit form creation, editing, and process documentation.
