Key Responsibilities
- Oversee survey aspects of projects and direct preparation of survey plans
- Lead survey planning and programs
- Conduct site inspections and maintain survey documentation
- Review land surveying, engineering, and construction projects
- Perform survey computations and data collection
- Ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements
- Coordinate survey activities with the Project Manager
- Review technical specifications and designs
- Comply with QA and BMS procedures
- Perform other tasks as assigned
Key Performance Indicators
- Meeting or exceeding project KPIs
- Client satisfaction with project delivery
Qualifications & Skills
- Higher diploma or certificate in surveying
- Licensed surveyor in the Philippines with 5+ years post-registration experience
- Preferably 3+ years in marine hydrographic and bathymetric surveys
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Willing to accept project-based status and be assigned in Manila
