Your Role
The FICC Derivatives Trader manages the Bank's derivatives exposure and meet financial targets while ensuring compliance with market, regulatory and risk limits.
How you can contribute
- Market make and actively trade products within prescribed limits.
- Facilitate competitive pricing and hedging requirements for other parts of the bank e.g. GM Sales, ALM, GB, CFS and Ous.
- Manage the bank's DV portfolio and efficiently execute deals to maximize return.
- Exercise prudent risk management and control.
- Deepen collaboration with GM Sales and GM Overseas Units.
- Source new external counterparties and maintain existing relationships.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Global Markets Head.
Your Profile
- Graduate of Finance/ Management or any related business course
- With banking and 3-5 years relevant working experience.
- Proficient in trading and managing interest rate exposures
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge of financial markets. Well-versed in BSP and regulatory trading rules, including DV products.
- Preferred with SEC Fixed Income Sales License
- With BAP Treasury Certification
