We serve busy families and professionals who deserve a clean home without the stress. We're scaling fast and looking for a sharp Facebook Ads Strategist to fuel our next phase of growth.
The role
What you'll do- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook ad campaigns from scratch, from audience research to creative briefing to live optimization.
- Build and manage full-funnel ad strategies: awareness, lead generation, retargeting, and conversion campaigns tailored to our cleaning service audience.
- Write compelling ad copy and work closely with our creative team (or produce your own) to develop scroll-stopping visuals and video content.
- Set up, monitor, and continuously optimize campaigns using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and data-driven decisions.
- Manage monthly ad budgets responsibly, ensuring efficient cost-per-lead and cost-per-acquisition targets are met or exceeded.
- Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and next steps.
- Stay current on Meta algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep our campaigns ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with the owner to align ad strategy with business goals, seasonal promotions, and new service offerings.
Requirements
What we're looking for- Proven FB Ads experience — at least 2-3 years running paid social campaigns, ideally for local service businesses (cleaning, home services, or similar).
- Meta Business Suite proficiency — comfortable navigating Ads Manager, Business Manager, and the Conversions API.
- Strong copywriting instincts — able to write ad copy that speaks to tired, busy moms and working professionals who want their home handled.
- Data fluency — you can read a performance dashboard, identify what's not working, and pivot fast without being asked.
- Budget management — experience managing monthly ad budgets with proven ROAS outcomes.
- Results to show — a portfolio or case studies of campaigns you've run, with real numbers (reach, leads, conversions, and cost-per-result).
Nice to have
Bonus points if you have...- Experience with local service-area targeting and geo-fencing strategies.
- Experience managing Google Ads or TikTok Ads alongside Facebook campaigns.
- Ability to design simple ad creatives using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
