About the Role
This role will implement all agreed below the line and demand generation activities in order to achieve strategic business objectives, in line with the product marketing strategies, while ensuring that we serve our Farmers and becoming a link between farmers, product development, marketing and the trade sales team.
Responsibilities
- Achievement of quarterly, annual and medium term quantitative marketing goals like sales out and grounding (POG) of East West Seeds.
- Detailing the products to key target farmers
- Implement all agreed below the line and demand generation activities
- Linking with local and regional Department of Agriculture branches and institutions, key farmer groups, influencers and consumers.
- Encouraging farmers to engage in vegetable products and to use East West seeds and its package of technologies.
- Contribution to the development of a local corporate culture
- Identify new business opportunities in their respective area of responsibility.
- Collaborate with Product Development Support in implementing technical support programs for farmers
- Gathering and submission of up-to-date and accurate market information pertaining to market potential, competitive situation & activities plus other market information as required by the marketing.
Qualifications
- Graduate BS Agribusiness Management or BS Agriculture , Sales & Marketing or any related courses
- Should have basic knowledge of Philippine agricultural market
- Knowledge in business distribution system, sales and marketing.
- Knowledgeable in current trends in agriculture technologies and services.
- String communication skills
- Equipped in computer skills and business applications
- Has a valid driver's license
- At least 2-3 years of related work experience
- Willing to work in General Santos.
