Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Farm Veterinarian to oversee the health and production performance of our poultry operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing disease prevention programs, ensuring biosecurity compliance, and maintaining optimal flock health to support production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor flock health and implement disease prevention and control programs.
- Conduct regular farm visits and health assessments.
- Diagnose and treat poultry diseases.
- Develop and implement vaccination and medication programs.
- Ensure strict compliance with biosecurity protocols.
- Provide technical guidance and training to farm personnel.
- Prepare veterinary reports and production performance analysis.
- Coordinate with suppliers, laboratory services, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) with valid PRC license.
- With experience in poultry farm operations (Broiler/Breeder/Layer experience is an advantage).
- Knowledgeable in poultry disease management, biosecurity, and production standards.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Willing to travel to farm sites.
- Preferably with driver's license (if fieldwork is required).
