HIRING: FARM COORDINATOR
Location: Lipa, Batangas

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (preferably major in Horticulture)
Preferably 26–30 years old with at least 2 years of experience in vegetable farming
Strong leadership skills and passion for working with diverse team members
Good communication skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
Collaborative, independent, and proactive in project management
With a valid driver's license (preferred) and willing to travel occasionally
Interest in social media content creation is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily farm operations and scheduling
Supervise and train farm workers
Monitor crop health and overall farm productivity
Maintain and repair farm equipment
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
Manage inventory of supplies and materials
Collaborate with agronomists and other agricultural professionals
Prepare reports and maintain accurate farm records
Develop and manage farm budgets
Implement and promote sustainable farming practices
