Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, preferably major in Horticulture
  • Aged 26-30, with more than 2 years of vegetable farming experience, is preferred
  • Has effective leadership and a passion for working with diverse team members
  • Has good communication skills and is proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Collaborative, independent, and proactive in project management
  • Having a Driver;s license is preferred; willing to travel occasionally
  • Having a passion for social media content creation is a plus
  • Amenable to work in Lipa Batangas
  • Willing to work for a Leading Seeds Company in Japan's Industry
