Responsibilities
- Perform routine checks and repairs of all facility equipment which are not limited to Airconditioning systems, ventilation systems, Gensets, Pumps, lighting, electrical systems, fire protection equipment, plumbing to prevent downtime
- Assist in monitoring equipment performance and identifying early signs of failure.
- Conduct minor troubleshooting and minor repairs to ensure operational efficiency.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance workspaces in good condition
- Support daily facility operations including utilities monitoring, lighting, ventilation, and workspace upkeep
- Conduct inspections of facility areas (warehouse, offices, grounds, restrooms, etc.) to identify hazards or areas for improvement
- Assist in setup, installation, or relocation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures, lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), and risk assessment protocols
- Report hazards, unsafe conditions, or incidents to the Facilities Lead immediately.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety standards, and environmental regulations
- Support asset inventory updates and proper documentation of spare parts usage.
- Escalate major issues to the Facilities Lead or external vendors
- Assist in supervising onsite contractors durin g facility repairs or project works.
- Support small-scale facility improvement projects (painting, minor carpentry, utility enhancements).
Requirements
- Graduate of Electrical Technology or any related courses
- At least 3 years experience in building maintenance
- Preferably NC2 Electrician
- With basic knowledge in MS Office
- With knowledge in aircon & genset maintenance and basic trouble shooting
