Job Description
Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and infrastructure
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems
Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for more complex repairs or installations
Ensure all facilities meet relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and asset condition
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
