Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
With hands-on experience in facilities operations, with at least 23 years in a supervisory role.
Ability to supervise technicians and contractors across multiple disciplines.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and O&M manuals.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated competence in supervising facilities operations within a semiconductor manufacturing environment, ensuring uninterrupted support to production processes.
Strong technical expertise in critical utility systems including HVAC, cleanroom environmental controls, chilled water, compressed air, vacuum, process exhaust, and specialty gas support systems
Responsibilities
Supervise daily maintenance and repair activities across all facilities
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility services
Manage facility budgets and control operational costs
Respond promptly to facility-related emergencies and issues
Oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and space planning
Maintain accurate records of maintenance and inspections
Train and evaluate maintenance staff performance
Ensure security systems and protocols are functioning properly
SALARY RANGE: 25,000 28,000
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday
WORK LOCATION: Electronics Avenue, FTI Special Economic Zone, Western Bicutan, Taguig City
