Job Summary
We are looking for a Facilities Officer who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and improvement of company facilities. This role ensures that all buildings, offices, and equipment are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance, repair, and improvement of company facilities and infrastructure
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Implement preventive maintenance programs for equipment and systems
- Monitor utility usage and support cost-efficiency initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare reports and assist in facility planning and improvements
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules and facility assets
- Support office space planning and any relocation activities
Qualifications
- Bachelors graduate
- At least 12 years of relevant experience in facilities, maintenance, or building operations
- Knowledge in building systems and preventive maintenance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to work onsite in South Caloocan City
- Can start ASAP
