Job Description

  • Contract Management

Manage and maintain all facilities-related contracts (e.g., housekeeping, security, landscaping, pest control, technical maintenance).

Coordinate contract renewals, bidding processes, and supplier accreditation in alignment with company policies.

Track contract performance, service-level adherence, timelines, and deliverables.

Consolidate contract documentation, compliance requirements, and budget submissions for Mall Operations.

  • Agency Management

Oversee and evaluate service agencies deployed across community malls.

Monitor manpower deployment, attendance compliance, and performance output of agencies.

Handle escalation of service issues and coordinate resolutions with agency supervisors.

Ensure standardization of agency services and staffing models across all mall sites.

  • Facilities Support

Provide administrative and technical support to mall teams for preventive maintenance, work orders, repair requests, and vendor coordination.

Maintain a centralized tracking system for facilities concerns, service calls, asset repairs, and utilities monitoring.

Assist Mall Operations in consolidating reports, facility audits, incident logs, and compliance documents.

Support implementation of facilities standards, safety protocols, and operational guidelines across all malls.

Additional Responsibilities

Coordinate minor repair works, inspections, and special maintenance activities.

Assist in the preparation of OPEX and CAPEX budget requirements for facilities services.

Participate in process improvements and cost-saving initiatives across facility operations.
