Facilities Manager

We are hiring a Facilities Manager to lead GMP-compliant facilities and utilities management for a growing food manufacturing plant.

This role focuses on preventive maintenance systems, facility hygiene, utilities reliability, and project support for capacity expansion. The Facilities Manager will also help prepare the site for future FSSC 22000 readiness.

Facilities management for food manufacturing with strong GMP compliance

Build and sustain preventive maintenance systems (not reactive repairs)

Maintain a clean, hygienic, audit-ready facility

Manage utilities systems (electrical, HVAC, water, compressed air, wastewater, fire protection)

Lead facility projects supporting production capacity expansion

Manage contractors with strong GMP, safety, and hygiene controls

Implement environmental sustainability initiatives (energy, water, waste)

Develop and maintain emergency response and business continuity plans

Track KPIs and support GMP audits and inspections

Represent the plant in facility-related dealings with government agencies and regulators, including permitting, inspections, and compliance requirements, in coordination with the Plant Manager.

5+ years in Facilities Management / Utilities Management

Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, pharma, or hygienic plants

Strong knowledge of GMP and preventive maintenance

Project management experience in manufacturing environments

Exposure to FSSC 22000 / ISO 22000 / HACCP is an advantage
