Facilities Manager

Responsibilities:

Responsible for facilities management, develop and implement long term facilities plans incorporating the long-term business plan in a cost-effective manner and interact with internal customers to define requirements and scope of job orders issued. Specific duties include:Team Management, Equipment Maintenance/Transfer; Continuous Improvement; Environmental, Health & Safety.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent course and experience
• Minimum ten (10) years of facilities work in a semiconductor operations environment with 5 years in management capacity
• In-depth knowledge and experience in TPM, Project Management, Lean Manufacturing and other SPC and Problem-Solving tools and techniques
• Willing to work in Calamba, Laguna
