Job Description

Role Overview:

The Facilities Manager will oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and overall management of our buildings and premises. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise and proven experience in facilities and property management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day building operations, maintenance, and repairs
  • Oversee premises management to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address operational issues promptly
  • Support improvement projects related to facilities, construction, and building systems
  • Ensure facilities meet company standards and operational requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)
  • PRC-licensed Engineer
  • At least 7 years of solid experience in building management, facilities management, property management, or construction
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and operations
  • Willing to do fieldwork and travel within Metro Manila and Luzon provinces
  • Willing to work onsite in Makati or Ortigas
