Role Overview:
The Facilities Manager will oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and overall management of our buildings and premises. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise and proven experience in facilities and property management.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day building operations, maintenance, and repairs
- Oversee premises management to ensure safety, functionality, and compliance with regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers
- Conduct regular site inspections and address operational issues promptly
- Support improvement projects related to facilities, construction, and building systems
- Ensure facilities meet company standards and operational requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)
- PRC-licensed Engineer
- At least 7 years of solid experience in building management, facilities management, property management, or construction
- Strong knowledge of building systems and operations
- Willing to do fieldwork and travel within Metro Manila and Luzon provinces
- Willing to work onsite in Makati or Ortigas
