Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition by conducting regular daily inspection.
Implement preventive maintenance in all utility equipment in the warehouse.
Implement Energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption.
Track and communicate work request status and completion from each process owner.
Monitor construction works and ensure that all guidelines are strictly followed.
Coordinate with the landlord and contractors on warehouse construction issues.
Provide project status reports to HR/Admin and to the Warehouse Manager.
Prepare/review plans, estimates, and scope of works for various projects and take part in the bidding process including RFPs, evaluations, documentations during selection of supplier/contractors.
Support safety programs to prevent hazards exposure and decrease potential damage to the property.
Assist in coordinating Fire/Earthquake Drill
Flexible to assigned work schedules supporting warehouse operational hours
Involve in preparation and delivery of presentations and technical briefings, testing, verification and validation processes as well as scheduling and as-built documentation
Facilitate compliance to industrial park and local government requirements, policies and efficiencies
Perform other administrative functions such as purchase requisitions, suppliers/vendors/contractors endorsement, utilities management
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), with License
At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required and must be technically competent
Knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage
Eye for quality and attention to detail
Must be knowledgeable in processing Building related Permit to PEZA, LGU and BFP.
