Job Description

Job Description:

  • Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition by conducting regular daily inspection.
  • Implement preventive maintenance in all utility equipment in the warehouse.
  • Implement Energy-conservation and cost-saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption.
  • Track and communicate work request status and completion from each process owner.
  • Monitor construction works and ensure that all guidelines are strictly followed.
  • Coordinate with the landlord and contractors on warehouse construction issues.
  • Provide project status reports to HR/Admin and to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Prepare/review plans, estimates, and scope of works for various projects and take part in the bidding process including RFPs, evaluations, documentations during selection of supplier/contractors.
  • Support safety programs to prevent hazards exposure and decrease potential damage to the property.
  • Assist in coordinating Fire/Earthquake Drill
  • Flexible to assigned work schedules supporting warehouse operational hours
  • Involve in preparation and delivery of presentations and technical briefings, testing, verification and validation processes as well as scheduling and as-built documentation
  • Facilitate compliance to industrial park and local government requirements, policies and efficiencies
  • Perform other administrative functions such as purchase requisitions, suppliers/vendors/contractors endorsement, utilities management

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical), with License
  • At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required and must be technically competent
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD is an advantage
  • Eye for quality and attention to detail
  • Must be knowledgeable in processing Building related Permit to PEZA, LGU and BFP.
  • Amenable to be assigned in Calamba, Laguna
