Job Description

Job Title: Facilities and Admin - Senior Manager

Skills: Facility operations management, vendor & staff supervision, maintenance & preventative planning, workplace health & safety compliance, space & asset management, documentation & reporting

Experience: Overall work experience of 8-10 years with at least 2 years experience as Facilities and Admin Head or equivalent role. Preferably in a BPO setting.

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

We at Coforge are hiring Facilities and Admin - Senior Manager with the following skillset:

  • Oversee daily facility operations including housekeeping, security, engineering, and front-office support.
  • Monitor functioning of essential systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, STP/WWTP, DG operations).
  • Ensure smooth running of workplace amenities such as cafeteria, vending machines, pantry, and office supplies.
  • Conduct routine facility inspections and address deviations.
  • Supervise on-ground facility staff (housekeeping, technicians, security).
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for scheduled maintenance and issue resolutions.
  • Track vendor performance as per SLA/contractual terms.
  • Support implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain downtime/issue logs and escalate critical breakdowns promptly.
  • Ensure timely AMC servicing of machines, lifts, DG sets, fire systems, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to building codes, fire safety norms, statutory compliance, and organizational policies.
  • Conduct safety drills, risk assessments, and report incidents.
  • Support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives (LEED, ISO, ESG metrics if applicable).
  • Assist in space planning, seating allocation, and workplace utilization tracking.
  • Maintain asset inventory, AMC records, and equipment logs.
  • Serve as primary escalation point for facility-related concerns from employees or leadership.
  • Ensure timely closure of tickets via helpdesk tools.
  • Prepare daily/weekly facility dashboards and MIS reports.
  • Maintain SOPs, checklists, and compliance records.
