Your Role: As a Facilities and Admin Manager, you will ensure that all facilities and administrative services consistently meet the needs of end users by overseeing building inspections, maintenance, and critical equipment uptime while managing operational costs.
Specifically, you will:- Lead, manage, and develop Facilities and Admin Leads/Supervisors and their respective teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, service enhancements, and operational efficiency across all sites.
- Oversee overall site maintenance, workplace experience, and employee comfort and safety.
- Ensure the achievement of company, site, and departmental KPIs and scorecard targets.
- Maintain full compliance with local government regulations (e.g., PEZA, BFP, LGU, DENR), internal policies, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Procurement, and IT to ensure operational consistency.
- Manage third-party vendors, service providers, and contracts to ensure service level adherence and cost-effectiveness.
What You Need:Non-negotiables- Proven experience in leading, mentoring, and developing Facilities/Admin Leads and teams.
- Strong knowledge of local regulatory compliance (PEZA, BOI, DOE, BFP, LGU, DENR).
- Experience in overseeing large-scale building inspections, repairs, and critical equipment maintenance.
- Solid background in budget management and driving cost-efficiency initiatives.
Preferred skills/expertise- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive approach to risk prevention and operational consistency.
- Ability to balance administrative tasks with technical facility knowledge.
