Job Description
We are looking for a Facilitator Support specialist to bridge the gap between our curriculum and our learners.
In this role, you will ensure our students receive high-quality feedback while fostering a vibrant, supportive online community.
What You'll Do
AI-Assisted Grading: Use AI tools to analyze learner work against rubrics, refining the output into warm, personalized, and accurate feedback.
Community Management: Monitor discussion boards, answer questions, and celebrate learner wins to keep engagement high.
Rubric Development: Collaborate on creating fair, objective grading criteria for AI-based exercises.
Sentiment Tracking: Identify common sticking points and suggest curriculum improvements.
Conflict Resolution: De-escalate frustrated learners with professional and empathetic communication.
Core Requirements
Strong Written English: You possess a warm writing style that makes learners feel supported.
AI Fluency: Comfortable using AI tools and able to spot when AI feedback is generic or incorrect.
Critical Thinking: High attention to detail with the ability to apply rubrics consistently.
Experience: Background in coaching, mentoring, grading, or community moderation.
Soft Skills: Proactive, organized, and skilled at conflict resolution.
