Job Description

This entry-level position is tasked with managing the daily social media operations across RX Global platforms. The role emphasizes content scheduling, initial engagement efforts, and performance tracking while supporting larger marketing initiatives under the mentorship of more experienced team members.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute content calendars and campaign strategies to expand the social media presence of various RX shows.
  • Monitor engagement metrics, refine content strategies based on performance insights, and report findings to relevant show points of contact.
  • Maintain consistent messaging to ensure adherence to brand standards.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of RX's target audience, market trends, solutions, and business models.
  • Engage in clear, professional, and regular communication with supervisors and show points of contact.
  • Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to implement effective campaign initiatives.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
  • With at least 1-2 years of experience in Social Media or Digital Marketing
  • With experience in content calendar management
  • Basic knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
  • Experience in digital and social media marketing and campaign execution.
  • Works well with various stakeholders to deliver content and assets on schedule.
  • Writes clear, concise, and engaging copy that appeals to different target markets.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • With experience in presenting team projects and status to stakeholders.
  • Highly collaborative and a strong team player
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
