External Audit Manager (Ortigas, Pasig)

We are partnered with a Global Financial Consulting Firm who is expanding its reach into the APAC & Americas Region. As part of this strategy, we are excited to partner with leaders from both Internal & External Audit. The selected Audit Manager will be exposed to international audit methodologies specifically within the APAC & US Markets. Below are the challenges you can look forward to:

Manager

• Demonstrate ability to lead or coordinate and display ownership of projects /initiatives.
• Present ideas and suggestions on how to improve work processes. Assign work based on team's availability and capacity.
• Provide proactive and constructive performance review for the Supervisory to Associate levels.
• Demonstrate awareness of the team's workload and communicate resource requirements when appropriate.
• Address disciplinary/performance issues and follow through on disciplinary/ performance processes.
• Point of contact for territory PMOs for updates, issues, escalations from territories.

Qualification Requirements:

Managerial:

• Minimum of 7 years external audit in an Auditing Firm with the last 2 years experience in a supervisory/managerial role.
• BS Accountancy Required and Certified Public Accountant
• Open for those candidates who have minimum experience in Auditing firm then shifted to private firms.

NOTE:

• Amenable to work Hybrid Setup: 2x onsite, 3 days WFH
• During training: 6 weeks, onsite.
