External Audit Assistant Manager

We are looking for an experienced External Audit Assistant Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a CPA with strong external audit experience and proven team leadership capabilities.

Qualifications:

• BS in Accountancy graduate
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Accounting & Audit, with external audit experience required
• At least 1 year of leadership or team supervision experience
• Strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS, Philippine Standards on Auditing (PSA), and Taxation
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and audit standards
• Experience handling multiple audit engagements and working with audit teams
• Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup in Taguig

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage external audit engagements from planning through completion
• Review audit procedures, working papers, and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with applicable auditing and accounting standards
• Supervise, coach, and provide guidance to audit team members
• Review audit findings and communicate recommendations to clients
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of engagements
• Support engagement planning, risk assessment, and overall audit quality
