Senior External Auditors / Assistant Audit Manager (Volume Hiring)

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for global assurance teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of assigned engagements
• Lead and review the work of Global delivery services team members in accordance with the company standard, quality, and risk management standards
• Manage workflow, resource allocation, team utilization, budgets, and other engagement-related operational matters
• Coordinate closely with global teams, communicate expectations clearly, and maintain strong working relationships
• Standardize review processes, implement best practices, and identify opportunities to expand or improve Global delivery services support
• Lead, coach, and mentor team members, support talent development, and conduct performance reviews

About you:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Minimum 3.5 years of external audit experience
• At least 1 year of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS, PSA, taxation, accounting principles, and audit standards
• Strong communication, interpersonal, project management, leadership, and supervisory skills
• Knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, and international assurance/review standards
• Strong risk management, facilitation, presentation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to work in hybrid set-up (3x a week work from home / 2 days a week onsite)
