Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Experienced Branch Head/Unit Head based in Davao, responsible for overseeing branch operations, driving business growth, and leading high-performing teams. The role includes hiring, training, developing, and managing financial advisors and unit head associates to ensure strong performance and career progression, while setting and achieving sales targets and expanding the client base. The Branch Head/Unit Head provides continuous coaching, mentorship, and leadership, aligns branch goals with the company's strategic objectives, maintains operational excellence, and delivers exceptional client service to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management experience in a financial services or sales setting
• Strong strategic planning, goal-setting, and decision-making skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management abilities
• Track record in achieving and exceeding performance targets
• Knowledge of financial services, marketing strategies, and business operations
• Ability to build and maintain client and stakeholder trust and enhance customer experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience working in Davao or familiarity with the local market is an advantage
