About the Role
As an Executive Virtual Assistant supporting senior leadership, you will provide high-level administrative and operational support. This role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and initiative to manage complex priorities, streamline workflows, and ensure operational efficiency. You will handle sensitive information, coordinate communications, manage schedules, and proactively support initiatives that help the organization and its clients thrive.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive inboxes, prioritize communications, and ensure timely follow-ups
Prepare meeting agendas, briefs, notes, and summaries for internal and client-facing discussions
Coordinate tasks, deadlines, and projects to maintain smooth operations
Communicate professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams
Organize and maintain confidential documents, reports, and records
Conduct research and compile information to support strategic decisions
Anticipate executive needs and proactively address operational challenges
Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
Qualifications
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role supporting executives
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and provide solutions
Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and online productivity tools
Proactive, solution-oriented, and reliable
Ability to anticipate needs and support executives in streamlining workflows
Must be a Filipino applicant
What We Offer
Initial Rate: $5/hour
Probationary Period: 6 payrolls
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (U.S. Timezone)
Payroll: Bi-weekly
Benefits: HMO provided during the first year
Performance Review: Appraisal based on performance at the end of the first year (after 26 payrolls)
