Executive Sales Representative (Philippines Market)
Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business in the Philippines market.
- Identify and engage potential clients in OEM, ODM, and packaging industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Achieve sales targets through effective negotiation and closing.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support planning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in OEM, ODM, or packaging industry.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong network within the Philippines packaging, pharmaceutical, and food & beverage sectors preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English and Tagalog.
- Willingness to travel within the Philippines.

- Location: Las Pias City, Philippines (with business travel across the country)
- Working Time: Monday to Friday, standard business hours
