Role Description
The Executive Sales Real Estate Manager (In-House) is responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales, property, and leasing operations while driving revenue growth across ARTHALAND's luxury residential and commercial portfolio. This role requires a seasoned professional with proven experience in selling high-end and luxury real estate projects, capable of building and sustaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, brokers, and key stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing and negotiating property leases, developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, overseeing lease administration, and ensuring full compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards. The role is full-time and hybrid, based in Taguig, combining in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility.
