Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid Executive Broker Network Manager role based in Taguig, with partial work-from-home options available. The Executive Broker Network Manager will be responsible for building and managing a nationwide broker network, developing market strategies, and creating brand awareness. The role includes fostering relationships with brokers, ensuring sales targets are met, conducting research on market trends, and delivering training programs to align brokers with company objectives. Collaboration with internal teams to support marketing and sales initiatives is an integral part of the role.

  • Experience in market strategy development, market research, and trend analysis
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to manage and train broker networks effectively

  • Educational background in business, marketing, or related fields
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or a related industry is a plus
