Overview:
Support the day-to-day operations of GoGym's executive team. You will gain hands-on experience in core business operations across multiple departments including logistics, administration, HR, marketing, finance, customer success, and expansion. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is detail-oriented, and wants a comprehensive understanding of how a tech-enabled fitness business operates from the inside out.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating daily operational tasks across gyms, including scheduling, procurement, and issue tracking.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for executive decision-making and weekly team reviews.
- Support internal documentation of SOPs, meeting notes, project trackers, and executive action items.
- Liaise with gym staff to gather feedback, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with operational standards.
- Help coordinate deliveries, vendor communications, and inventory updates for equipment and supplies.
- Conduct research and compile briefs on market trends, competitor benchmarks, or potential expansion sites.
- Support internal audits and cleanliness checks by organizing compliance data, updating checklists, and conducting on-site inspections.
- Assist with testing and feedback collection for app features, gym-level initiatives, or pilot programs.
- Provide general support to the executive team on ad hoc tasks, special projects, and cross-functional coordination.
Requirements:
- Highly organized and proactive; a natural problem-solver.
- Excellent communication skills (Tagalog + English) both written and verbal.
- Strong Google Workspace proficiency (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Able to multitask and manage different priorities under limited supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a get-things-done attitude.
- Interest in the fitness industry, tech startups, or business innovation.
