Role Description: The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure clean, well-maintained guest rooms and public areas that meet brand standards. This full-time, on-site role based in Makati includes leading and scheduling the housekeeping team, monitoring quality and cleanliness, and ensuring that linen, laundry, and amenities are managed efficiently. The role involves implementing and updating housekeeping procedures, managing inventory and budgets, and coordinating with other departments to support guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations. The Executive Housekeeper also leads staff training, supports performance management, and addresses guest feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high service levels.
