This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential for permanent placement.

Your Responsibilities

The role is responsible for supporting the execution of commercial contracts, managing bulk inventories, as well as to coordinate delivery schedules for agricultural commodities. The role ensures smooth, timely, and compliant execution of all trade activities in line with Philippines regulations and ADM's internal policies. You will work closely with the Philippines Execution, Trading and GBS teams to deliver efficient trade execution and logistics performance.

Execution & Logistics

  • Provides support in transportation planning, routing, and fleet coordination.
  • Ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of commodity.
  • Supporting the execution and logistic operations for bulk vessels, barges, trucks, and containers
  • Provides support in handling the execution of contracts for various purchases and sales of agri-commodities
  • Coordinate with the following:
    • Ports ensures vessel accomodation, berthing availability and discharging.
    • Warehouses ensures storage availability and safekeeping.
    • Truckers - ensures availability of fleets for timely, complete and accurate fulfillment of delivery requirement.
    • Brokers ensures timely securing of customs clearance and permits
    • Agents ensures accurate up to date vessel status, arrival and port coordination.
    • Supplier ensures effective, cost efficient purchase of supplies
    • Traders/Customers ensures accurate and timely execution of contracts
  • Handle vessel operations, laytime, and communication with agents
  • Data entry and management of all assigned customer orders, shipments, and customer correspondence
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Planning & Contract Management

  • Monitor inventory and align with trade teams to ensure adequate quantity and quality
  • Maintain ADM inventory policies and accurate month-end reconciliations
  • Handle import documentation and reporting requirements
  • Understand GAFTA trade rules, INCOTERMS 2020, and freight differentials
  • Daily, weekly and monthly report preparation as required by Management;

Compliance & Cross-Functional Support

  • Ensure compliance with all import/export regulations and maintain relevant licenses
  • Keep filing records for each contract with all required supporting documents for audit & tax purpose;
  • Collaborate with trading, warehouse supervisors, and administration teams to optimize product flow and inventories
  • Participate in execution and trade-related learning programs

Special Projects

  • Collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution
  • Support digital process improvements and other special projects as directed
  • Work both independently and collaboratively to achieve business goals

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Commerce, Business Administartion, Logistics or Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • Minimum one year experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain or sales administration
  • Experience in customs clearance, port operations, trucking, and warehouse management
  • Proficient in INCOTERMS 2020
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and supply chain systems
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Strategic thinking and execution capability
  • Data-driven decision making and analytical skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Attentive to details, can deliver with consistency and accuracy
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented while being a strong team player
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and ownership
