Job Description

We are looking for a reliable, professional, and responsible Executive Driver to provide safe, comfortable, and timely transportation services for company executives and authorized personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving executives to business meetings, appointments, and other destinations while maintaining the confidentiality, safety, and comfort of passengers at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport company executives, management, and authorized personnel to meetings, appointments, and other destinations.
• Ensure punctuality and plan efficient routes based on traffic conditions and scheduled appointments.
• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and roadworthiness of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and monitor fuel, maintenance schedules, registration, and insurance.
• Observe traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Assist with luggage, documents, and other necessary items when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executives schedules, personal information, and business activities.
• Perform other driving-related and administrative duties as may be assigned by management.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school graduate or college-level/college graduate.
• With a valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction Code appropriate for the assigned vehicle).
• With at least 2–3 years of experience as an executive, corporate, or personal driver.
• Familiar with Metro Manila routes, traffic conditions, and navigation applications.
• With a clean driving record and no history of serious traffic violations.
• Trustworthy, punctual, discreet, and professional in dealing with executives and clients.
• Physically fit, well-groomed, and able to work flexible hours, including overtime or weekends when necessary.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting is an advantage.
