We are looking for a reliable and professional
Executive Driver to safely transport company executives and high-profile clients to various destinations. The ideal candidate is trustworthy, discreet, and experienced in handling confidential situations while delivering excellent service. This role requires strong knowledge of traffic rules, safe driving practices, and flexibility with work schedules. The Executive Driver is responsible for ensuring passenger safety, vehicle cleanliness, and punctual arrivals while representing the company in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport executives and high-profile clients to meetings, events, and other destinations
- Plan routes and monitor traffic conditions to ensure timely arrival
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with executives and VIP clients
- Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper functioning
- Keep the vehicle clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times
- Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies
- Assist passengers with entry and exit and handle luggage or other items when needed
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents immediately
- Remain flexible with work schedules, including extended hours when required
- Ensure a smooth, comfortable, and secure travel experience for passengers
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or College Level
- Must have a Professional Drivers License (Pro)
- At least 2 years of driving experience
- Experienced in handling confidential and high-profile clients (actors, actresses, VIPs)
- Trustworthy, discreet, and professional
- Knowledgeable in traffic rules and safe driving practices
- Physically fit and flexible with work schedules
- Clean driving record and good attitude
- Experience driving SUVs such as Toyota Fortuner, Ford Ranger, and Ford Everest
