Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef, located in Laoag. The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring the quality of dishes served. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations, managing inventory, and controlling food costs. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with management to create seasonal and innovative menu offerings, focusing on culinary excellence and efficiency.
