Job Requirements
✨ Bachelor's degree in any related field.
✨ 3–5 years experience in Business Development in a logistics company.
✨ At least 2 years experience in a supervisory or managerial role
✨ Knowledgeable in logistics operations and trucking processes.
✨ Up to date knowledge about the law and regulations about trucking and logistics,
Job Responsibilities
✨ Meet sales targets and grow company revenue.
✨ Find and develop new clients within the transport and logistics industry.
✨ Handle the full sales process—from prospecting to closing deals.
✨ Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
✨ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
✨ Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
✨ Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
✨ Resolve client concerns and operational issues quickly.
✨ Ensure compliance with logistics and trucking regulations.
